Analytics and technician pay

Bookings, revenue, leads, and what each technician earned.

Open Analytics in the sidebar. Owners and office staff can see it.

How to pick a period

Choose This week, This month, Season to date or Custom (pick the first and last day). Days are in your company's time zone. Season to date starts on your testing season's start.

The tiles

  • Bookings: how many, split by source: online, phone, office, retest and yearly plan.
  • Expected revenue: scheduled jobs that aren't cancelled, at their payment, or the regular price if no payment is on file.
  • Collected: paid card payments net of refunds, plus batches of tests marked paid.
  • Leads: business requests and receptionist calls.

Technicians

The table shows each tester's tests, days worked, tests per day, hours, pay and pay per hour. Hours run from the start of a day's first test to the finish of its last.

How to set a technician's pay

Only the owner can set pay, so nobody sets their own.

  1. Go to Settings → Members.
  2. Click Pay next to the tester.
  3. Enter the Base per day, the amount Per test and the Daily minimum.
  4. Save.

Each day with tests pays the base plus the per-test amount, or the daily minimum if that is more. A day without tests pays nothing.

Check your state's rules for piece-rate pay, such as paying separately for breaks and time between tests. Backflow Base works out the figure; payroll is yours.
