Customers
Find a household, see its history, and put it in the right water district.
Open Customers in the sidebar. Each row is one household (an address), not a person. Owners and office staff can see it.
How to find a customer
Type in Search by address, name, phone or email. The list shows the name, address, contact, the last test and its result, how many tests, and what's next:
- Booked: a job is open.
- Due <date>: a year after the last test. It is highlighted when it is due within 45 days.
A household is added when a customer books, when a phone booking comes in, or when you add a job.
The customer sheet
Click a row to open the sheet. It shows:
- the phone, email, customer since, and what they have paid to date;
- Autopay: whether the household is on Autopilot, with a Turn off or Turn on button (see Autopilot, the yearly plan);
- access notes;
- Water district (see below);
- HOA or contractor site, if you have client accounts (see HOAs, contractors and commercial sites);
- Assemblies on file;
- Coming up: open jobs;
- History: every job, visit, result, payment, and every email, text or notice sent, newest first. A held message shows why it was held.
How to check a household's water district
Every report is filed with the district that serves the address. A new household is placed in its district from the map. The Water district section shows the district and its filing email, with a badge:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Matched from the map | The address is well inside one district's boundary. |
| Near a boundary — check | The address is near an edge, or in more than one district. |
| No filing email | The district has no email on record. Filings are held. |
| Address not confirmed | Nobody has confirmed the district's filing address yet. |
- If the district is right, click Confirm.
- If it is wrong, click Change, type the district's name and pick it.
- If none is set, filings are held until it is. Click Set.
A district you confirmed or picked is never changed by the map again. A filing to a household Near a boundary — check is held until you confirm it.
