Sell tests in bulk
Sell a site a batch of tests that its contact books from the portal.
You can sell a client account's site a batch of tests at a price per test you set. The contact then books units from their portal, and each unit uses one test.
How to sell a batch
- Open HOAs & contractors and click the account. It must be Active.
- Under Tests, click Sell tests.
- Pick the Site.
- Enter How many tests and the Price per test, $.
- Optional: add a Note, such as a PO number or the season.
- Choose how they pay:
- Email them a card pay link: they get an email with a pay link. Click Sell and send pay link.
- Already paid (check, invoice): the tests can be used at once. Click Add paid tests.
The form shows the total before you send it. If the account has no sites yet, add one first.
A card pay link needs card payments connected. A card payment must be at least 50¢. For a free batch, choose Already paid.
Batch badges

| Paid | The tests can be booked. |
| Withdrawn | Nothing. The batch no longer counts. |
When the customer pays the link, the batch turns Paid by itself.
How many tests are left
Each site shows N left, how many were bought and booked, and how many are waiting on payment. Click booked tests to see each one and its stage.
If you cancel a job that was booked from a batch, its test goes back to the batch.
Get warned when a site runs low
Under Account, set Warn when a site has [number] tests left. It saves when you click out of the box. When a site drops to that number, you and the customer both get an email.
Refunds
A paid batch can't be withdrawn. Refund it in your Stripe dashboard.
